Week 1 – Day 1
- Zercher squats: 5 sets of 5 reps
- tempo 3 second eccentric (lower phase of movement)
- walk to recover
- 1 set every 2 minutes
- 10 minutes of alternating EMOM:
- Odd: 4 single arm deadlifts + step ups with remaining time in minute
- Even: 8 goblet squats + lateral sandbag jumps with remaining time in minute
