Sandbag Strength – W1.D1

Week 1 – Day 1

  • Zercher squats: 5 sets of 5 reps
    • tempo 3 second eccentric (lower phase of movement)
    • walk to recover
    • 1 set every 2 minutes
  • 10 minutes of alternating EMOM:
    • Odd: 4 single arm deadlifts + step ups with remaining time in minute
    • Even: 8 goblet squats + lateral sandbag jumps with remaining time in minute
